We were booked for a package deal at the Waterclub but when we arrived we were told their booking agency reserved a room for us at the Borgata Casino Hotel. Our stay consisted of complete frustration from beginning to end. The room we stayed in at the Casino Hotel was not pleasing. The bed was made up but still looked untidy, nothing like what you see on the website. There were burns on the carpet (non-smoking room), stains on the furniture, and rust marks in the shower. Upon check-out, we were charged a higher rate than we were quoted (our rate changed three times while we were there) , not given a print out of the charges and treated so rudely by the front desk employee who seemed to think I didn't understand hotel tax (they may not have honored the package we booked). The worst part is the lack of customer service training given to the front desk. Their only replies when hearing of our disappointment was "I'm sorry to hear that" along with a "there's nothing we can do about it attitude".
