We were lucky enough to get a Fire suite comped on our last trip. It was a very nice room with a great view. We have been going to the Borgata the past several years since they seem to give the best offers. I highly recommend the place.

Our family and 10 month old have stayed at the Borgata alot of times. We had the regular room and sometimes the suite. It is one of the most spacious rooms in AC. Beds are heavenly and they change it everyday. It is family-friendly because you can store your things at the mini fridge and they offer playards for the little one. My husband got bitten by bed bugs when he slept at the couch in one of the suites. I advised that you check the beds and the rooms before you put your things. We were surprised that bed bugs were in the suite. They do not discriminate. Be careful.

If you want peace and quiet, opt for rooms farther from the elevators. They are generous with toiletries. We ran out of supply and they were prompt in providing us shampoos etc. The pool is usually pool and it reeks of chlorine once you step on top of the staircase.

Unfortunately, in one of our stays, our mini ipad was left on the bed. As we returned for it, the security helped us but it was too late. The room was cleaned and the housekeeper said she did not see anything. A report was made on June 20 and until now, we have not received any follow-up.

Over-all, we will return to The Borgata and hopefully not get bitten by bugs.

I stayed here on new years eve and it was a great stay. The lobby is huge and beautiful. The room was spacious clean and comfy. We received party hats chains streamers and chocolates as a free new years gift. All the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

The casino is large and always busy. If you ever want to eat at Bobby Flays make sure you make reservations weeks or months in advance! Everything is pretty expensive but you can't be surprised. I'm from nyc so the prices are very similar. It's worth the money. Great stay overall.

As a NYC resident, it is always nice to get out of town for the weekend. Atlantic City is not Las Vegas but, the Borgata definitely provides a "Vegas" level property thus, it is worthy the hefty price tag. The Borgata is the only hotel that I ever book when spending a weekend in AC. The lobby is pristine and the customer service provided is excellent from the moment you arrive to the moment that you exit the building. The rooms are top notch and room service exceptional. Make sure that you try Bobby Flay's Restaurant when staying (I have spotted him there on more than one occasion) and either B Bar or Gypsy Bar for drinks. If you are a twenty something, I would save my money and head for Harrah's as the clientele at this hotel is a bit older. If you are a couple, then this is the place for you!

The people in this hotel went out of their way to make sure my friends and me enjoyed our stay. Wont mention the outcome from the tables but this is the best hotel I've stayed in AC. cfront desk employees were very professional

There is always great service here! The front desk was fasat and efficient. I loved Sunday brunch at the buffet, too! The Metropolitan Restaurant is my favorite spot to eat and the Gypsy Bar has great live bands!

After a long drive, it was annoying to wait in a long line for check in. As to the room, it was decently clean and very spacious. We decided to book their "relaxation massage," but I was not impressed with the massage. Not sure if it was meant to be extremely light or if I just had a weak therapist. The spa itself is very nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The comedy show was surprisingly good. One down side is the location. It is not walking distance from the boardwalk and the beach, so if you want to take a walk outside, there really is nowhere to go. You have to drive across the highway to get to the beach. The smoking and non-smoking sections in the casino are a joke. No one respects the non-smoking signs and the staff does nothing about it. I would spend more time at the casino if there was a truly clean air section. Overall, it was a nice getaway and good enough for one night stay.
