We had a lovely room of the city and the bathroom was very well done.
The towels were large and soft and the care products a plus. We ate at the Old Homestead steakhouse and it was worth the trip.

Frist off, a reply to some of the bad reviews: who the heck wants to being their children to the casino, this is a chance to have some time away plus there should not be kids in the casino, this is a place for adults 21 and older. I've see kids sitting and waiting for hours in hallways until their parents were done gambling at other casinos. So I praise the Borgata for that policy. As for the rooms they are great, nice and clean and beautifully furnished. My husband and I have been there a few times and already we have 3 comp rooms. This is the best hotel and casino in Atlantic City and would compare it the 4 and 5 star hotels/casino in Las Vegas.

my friend took me for my birthday , the beds,sheets,pillows ,TV were very comfortable but the bathroom won me over! huge! As far as the casino goes , vegas atmosphere all the way! and the staff were dolls ! even the security for not tossin me out when i was acting like a upset rock star! (thankyou eye in the sky!) thumbs up all the way ! top notch! and that"s from a guy who lost a morgage payment there! ha,ha definitly bringing my swim trunks and disco shoes next time to do it right ! later AXIL ROSE

While I live in Lancaster, PA, I spend numerous weekends at the shore.
This past weekend, my wife and I, with another couple, decided to visit your new facility. The gaming areas seemed pretty much like the others in Atlantic City, but what really impressed us was the upscale restaurants, especially Speechio. Well, then we visited the Gypsy Bar, and the day went straight to hell. We waited in line as we were requested to do by the hostess. She asked us to step aside while they found a spot, only to let several people behind us into the bar. We inquired about this, and she said we were welcomed to stand, so we went inside. Inside we found one of the small tables vacant, so we asked the hostess if we could have that space. She was very agitated, rolled her eyes, walked away mumbling about clearing the spot. All in all, we felt less than welcome, so rather than stay in a place that obviously was poorly staffed, we chose to leave the Borgata, and spend our money elsewhere. In one roll of the eyes, four customers down the drain. The four of us are successful professionals, and you can almost count on the fact that we will not patronize your facility again. I'll spend my money where I feel at ease, not like an old pair of sneakers.
