“Great Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013

The setting for this restaurant is great, it is literally in a wine cellar in the hotel. We had drinks at the bar, which were great, after we couldn't get service at the hotel bar. Dinner was good, our service was great. The ravioli was good both the cheese and veal ravioli. I personally had the spaghetti with meatballs, the pasta was obviously home made and extremely fresh, I was not crazy about the pasta sauce as it had a sweeter flavor and would probably get the ravioli if we ever come back, I tasted a bit of my husbands. Everything was a la carte, and main dishes came with only the pasta. The bread was good, but could have used some sort of oil or rosemary butter to accompany it.

“Way Overpriced !”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013

Very noisy atmosphere! Everything on menu is a la carte and very pricey. Least expensive entree except pasta was $24 with not even a salad included. Wine is even worse! Will not return.

“Decent food, lousy party service.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013 via mobile

If you are planning a big party be warry of the menu and party planner. The reservation time was adjusted at their whim. The menu and wine selection were also adjusted at their whim despite pre selecting the menu. When addressing the problems nothing was handled at all. No rectification was attempted. Again, they acted like we were doing them a favor and they weren't obligated to make it right. It was very stressful amd upsetting for our host. Do have to say the food and wine were nice.

“Dinner in the "cellar"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2013

We had sinner in the Italian Fornelletto in thje Botrgata. We did not realize it is really in the cellar of the Hotel, and is a wine cellar with the walls lined with bottles. It was medocre and the menu did not have anything very innovative on it.I would think an upscale hotel like Borgatta would have had a spectacular Italian restaurant on premises. The service and food was good but nothing special.
