I am from New Jersey and have been to Atlantic City several times before. Atlantic City is a City. Outside the hotels/casinos, I would compare the area to Newark or Camden. Many empty lots, dumpy buildings etc.. It is not the safest after dark either so I would be cautious. All the hotels are beautiful. Some I would recommend seeing are Showboat, Borgata, and Tropicana. The Pier at Caesar's is great for shopping. The best buffet I've found is at Borgata. Make sure to sign up for a Total Reward's Card because with that comes many benefits. If you want to sit on the beach, I'd suggest go to either Bally's or Caesar's because they have a beach bar with entertainment along with clean restrooms. They also have Chairs and Umbrellas for rent. We spent a week in Atlantic City and found it to be a little too much, because everything does cost money and it does get tiring after a while. Jitney can be slow at times also. Overall great vacation and definitely hope to return to the Flagship soon.

The hotel was average. No frills but definitely liveable. The elevator was awful. We had to weight about 5-10 minutes each time we wanted to use it. The hotel had a shuttle to take you to the main hub of casinos. It was not in the midst of everything, but was accessible.

We stayed at the flagship fanta-sea. I think there is 2 in atlantic city, one in the hub and one outside.

Me and a group of my girls stayed here for my Bachelorette Party. The hotel was clean and in great shape. The suite had everything we needed. We had a lightbulb go out and the guy was there in minutes to change it.

The only con I have is that the hallways were a bit warm. The only reason I say it was a problem was because it took forever to get an elevator to get off the 10th floor to get to checkout. They were all full and it appeared that only 2 of the 4 were working.

Other than that, I would definitely stay there again. The view from the balcony was splendid!

I was disappointed not able to exchange (Timeshare) a 2 bedrooms suite even with 3 months planning. It ended up with just my husband and myself needed accommondation, so the one bedroom is enough. The service was excellent from the very minute we entered the resort. The shuttle service was right on time. There were different activities arranged by the resort through out the week. Although we only managed to attend one, I thought the effort is to be recognized. The suite was large and had a excellent view (28th floor). There is only one DVD, and my husband was upset because it had no remote. The TV was small and older, compared to our 51" flat screen at home. The bathroom needs renovation. But, other than that, the staff was great, the pools and the location were quite impressive comparing to all the other Timeshare resorts (about 6-8) we have visited.

My friend and I stayed in the Flagship for one night while he attended the Van Halen concert. He loved the concert and we really liked the hotel. It is my second time there and his first.
The hotel is at the farthest end of the Boardwalk and they have built up the area since I was there last. Our room had a balcony and we had an amazing view of the ocean and of the city. The city lights almost reminded me of Vegas.

The room was bigger than what we expected. Since it is an all suite hotel we should have brought food to cook as we had a fridge, stove and microwave, but there is always next time. Amenities were okay, there is a dvd player in the room, two televisions with cable and HBO. More important than any of these however was the fact that the room was clean and there were no bed bugs.

The hotel has one resteraunt which is just okay. The servers are very nice but the food was so-so. Prices were okay as well. The resteraunt also has amazing views.

The place also has a pool with a jacuzzi on the side. Since this place has a lot of families they have an adult only swim from 9-10 pm. In addition there is a theater for the kids and video games, two pool tables, and a juke box in the rec room.

Hotel also has a fitness center which has great views and was equipped with what appeared to be pretty up to date cardio equipment and free weights.

I almost forgot to write that the hotel also offers a free shuttle from the hotel to Bally's hotel which is like 10-15 min away. The shuttle leaves from the hotel every hour on the hour. It leaves from Bally's 15 min after the hour. It runs until 12 am. Atlantic city also has several jitneys that run up and down the main street. Main street not as scary as I thought it would be (in the day time) and the jitney is 2.00 in coins or dollar bills.

It's a good hotel, in a good spot and we had a good time.
