i had a great reception by the staff on arrival, encouraged to park car in drive while checking in before self parking for $12(valet 17)/day; checkin effortless at 1:30pm. most casinos charge $5 for parking unless you are a premier member.
room very comfortable with amenities(no fridge) some dated issues for bathroom and carpet. thankfully able to change rooms without issue next morning after a noisy night near 3 unsupervised kids, they settled down at 12:30am, but the baby cried for an hour starting 2:20am, kids played in bathroom at 5am..sounded like a jackhammer.
front desk and manager were apologetic and made a partial credit to bill which i applied to a massage at their affiliate
"larimar salon & spa", discounted if you go to their "pier shop" (upscale shops at ceasars boardwalk) location instead of them coming to hotel. if shopping is your pleasure enjoy "the walk" for ac outlets. it is 4 blocks from the hotel to the boardwalk and walking distance to many of ac's top venues.
the sheratons in san juan, pr and wilmington, de i have stayed at are on a higher scale, but they don't have the stunning miss america gowns, crowns, and scepters on display!

It was our first trip to South Jersey and we are happy with our stay at this Sheraton, it made our first stay in the region a good one. It should be noted that our trip was nice because of the property, not because of the staff. In other words, staff is a hit or a miss here, (read below). So we went ahead and enjoyed our trip and avoided the staff altogether.
SERVICE: One valet attendant was downright rude when we arrived in the "circle" in front of the hotel. We just wanted to park 5 minutes to check-in, but we were given an attitude by this arrogant attendant. The girl at checkin was giving us the "just doing a job" attitude (AKA, just move the line please, attitude). Our parking pass did not work half of our stay ( we were there 5 days) and many guests seem to have the same problem. Attendants inside the parkade said it was the machine and were trying to fix the gate. The front desk told us to keep our pass away from our cell phone, etc... The attendant at the club lounge was a zombie and looked like one too. Our housekeeper was super nice though and one night the concierge called a restaurant for us. I must also say thank you to the manager Danny who got us the exact room that we wanted when we emailed him. Thank you again. You see, they just need to remove the bad apples...
LOCATION: Good, it is near shopping, restaurants, casinos, the boardwalk & the beach... 15 minutes to the boardwalk at the most. Borgata is 5 minutes away by car. This hotel is also a good base to explore other South Jersey areas; Wildwoods, Cape May, Ocean City, etc...
ROOM: Our club level room was large, had a nice view, was comfy and had a large flat panel tv. Overall it was clean, but a really good scrubbing especially in the bathroom would be nice. The thermostat was not working properly in the guestroom, it was not cool enough, only mild air was blowing.
PARKING: Very long walk to the hotel and expensive ($12), strange because parking is usually ($5) in Atlantic City...
FOOD: We did not try the restaurant, the food at the club lounge was nice, but again I say; service was subpar, but we just took our food and ignored the attendant.
PUBLIC AREAS: Nice, clean, bright and functional, not the Borgata, but in good taste and sufficient.
We will return!

I just got back from my wonderful stay at the Sheraton!
My family (me, my husband, 7yr old, and 2yr old) decided to go to Atlantic City as a mini-vaca from NYC for two days and one night.
The hotel is right by the outlets, and boardwalk and the major casinos are in walking distance. Very conveniently located.
When we checked in, we arrived a couple hours earlier than check-in time, but to our surprise, the room was ready and we were able to go right in!
Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
That night, i accidently dropped my diamond stud earring into the sink at 12am! I called the front desk and they sent someone up within minutes!!
The man was very friendly, and since my two children were sleeping, he whispered to us the whole time and was very considerate!
The room was beautiful with a view of the strip and we really couldn't ask for anything more.
We didn't get a chance to go, but they have an indoor pool with an outdoor hot tub.
If you want peace and quiet but still be in very close range to everything this is the perfect place.

Stayed for two nights for a Dance competition at the hotel. It is a bit unusual, a large tower hotel, but with only two, limited service restaurants. The rooms were very up to date and extremely clean. The pool was small, and out of service for 1/2 of the weekend. Common areas were nice, one restaurant serves only breakfast, the only other on-site restaurant is an expensive brew-pub. Front desk service was mediocre at best. We had a gift card for our first night's stay and were paying for the second night. They required me to check out and check back in again in the same room just because the method of payment was different! Whatever you do, DO NOT use the valet parking service. They park the cars across the street in the convention center, where you can self-park. I took my car out 4 times over the weekend, and it never came to the door in less than 30 minutes, the last time took almost 1 1/2 hours for my car to arrive...absolutely terrible valet service.
