Absolutely unbelievable food. The cocktails were not spectacular but the food was simple fantastic. Octopus entree (pulpo) was so tender that it literally melted in your mouth. The cleanser between courses was amazing (and they even have us another desert cleanser after we paid the bill that was even better). We both had fish for our mains. Again, the flavours were simply amazing and the Maui for desert - macadamia cake coated in home made dark chocolate with tropical hand made ice cream, pineapple pieces soaked in rum and tropical fruit sauce around the plate was a desert I will never forget. Truly an unbelievable dining experience that we will never forget. Look forward to going back and seeing if the restaurant in Medellin is as good.
