This walk I believe goes for about 40 km along the seafront. We have done the western end a couple of times, over about 5-6 km.
The trail is excellent - well-signposted, even concrete paving or wooden boardwalks, with lots of "you are here" maps along the way. It hugs the coastline, passing through parklands most of the way,the Badaguan area, and of course, the famous bathing beaches. You can move off to the sand or rocky sections at certain places.
Our walk was in winter, so it quiet and peaceful, but presumedly busy in warmer weather.
Whatever the season, it is definitely worth walking, whether they be short of long walks.
