When I checked in, the room seemed clean and in order when I entered. Upon further inspection the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned nor it did flush. The a/c did not work. The bathroom was not clean, the carpet had massive stains, and the desk had grease and finger prints all over it. I called the front desk about this and they sent someone that didn't understand me (language barrier), she did clean the toilet but spilled all the dirty water on the floor and didn't clean that up. I called the front desk twice more and then went down there. No one could understand what I was talking about nor did the call their translator (which they have). During my stay I began to notice the lights in the hallway on my floor were broken or really dim compared to the other floors. The hotel is crawling with women to rent. The went to coworkers door every night. I heard many fights or really drunk people in the hall my whole stay. When I get back from day business I did not leave my room because of the type of customer the hotel was putting on that floor. I felt I got stuck on a hourly rate floor. Everyday my room had this horrible oder to it like really cheap perfume and it made me dread coming back. On my last day there I finally found the hotel staff translator. Over all I was not happy with with my staff due to the room and unhelpful staff. The restaurant wait staff was very nice & helpful in any of the restaurants. I would not recommend English speaking people to stay here.

Room Tip: Ask for the non smoking floor but expect to pay top dollar for that.

The reception is very spacious and gold. Porters are very attentive.

Rooms are very spacious, great lighting, with shower, deep bath tub, desk, big mirrors, big double bed...very comfortable and luxurious!! 5 Star hotel!

The room was around 980RMB so wasn't too bad to treat yourself for one night.

It's quite a new hotel, so not many cab drivers know of it's location so be sure to take a business card or have the hotel write the address in chinese.

While entering the lobby it shown gland hotel, lobby check in was done by agent so cannot comment with that, while entering the room, the room design is excellent, a big King size bed and big bath tub there. Wash room can open by moving the sliding door and result the wash room and bed room join as one big room, there is another showering room and toilet attached. The wash room light is control by moving sensor and you need not to turn on the light while entering the washroom but slightly late to turn off. The room carpet is thick and with a 37" or 40" LCD TV.
The hotel lobby with one golf shop that you can buy so golf items (mostly immitation, they also provide golf course booking service for golfer) and one bag shop (also immitation). There is one Cigar shop and one Japanese restaurant and one western restaurant at lobby floor. 1st.FL should be one Chinese restaurant but haven't tried there.
The only bad thing is the room & toilet cleanliness at corner side not thoroughly clean as 5 star hotel it should be clean properly.
There is nothing outside the hotel, if you need to go shopping then you need to take taxi to Changping Town.
