The Novotel has an attractive lobby and a good restaurant, but the rooms are tiny. We stayed during pleasant spring weather but the temperature inside the rooms must have been in the high eighties. Despite repeated complaints the manager refused to turn on the AC for more than a couple of hours a day. My main memory of the Novotel was being forced out of our rooms to get some fresh air.
