We chose this hotel blindly as a place to stay while passing through Punta Arenas. For backpackers, it's a bit of a splurge, but the giant beds and extensive cable are worth it if you're coming off many nights spent in a tent. Breakfast was typical chilean fare, kind of blah -- nescafe and tea, toasted sandwich bread, jams, and some sweet pastries. The walk to the downtown area is not long, ~15-20 minutes, but it didn't seem like a nice walk to make alone in the middle of the night.
