I stayed in this hostal as I thought I would be able to meet lots of people in there. Punta Arenas is very boring city and there is basically nothing to do except for the Isla Magdalena. The hostal is owned by a couple who also use one of the rooms of the hostal. I had a private room with shared bathroom, s super heand the bathroom wasn't clean, it was old, and didn't have any heat, so you would feel very cold just before the shower. No towels were provided in this hostel, and I am not sure I would use it even if it was provided. The hostal is relatievely cheap and the lady owner ilpful with everything, she has a lot of patience to deal with you. On the contrary her husband is really impatient, and is more interested to do his own staff rather than providing service. Overall service is good+ but the cleanness of the bathroom and the general condition of the place, reduces the grade for this place.
