As others have said - this hotel is top class. Very clean and comfortable with EVERYTHING to meet your need and close to all attractions.

Spotless rooms. Staff very attentive and polite. Aircon and wiifii and work perfectly. Rooms are very clean.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Well located, great service, rooms large and spotless, with quiet air con. Comfy firm beds, free wifi, large TV, not that we used it much. The restaurant is great and the Asian menu as well as the drinks are impossibly cheap. Buffet breakfast included could not be better. Loved the pool too. Well worth spreading the news and be confident of a home away from home. KB. Australia

Room Tip: We were on the 4th floor, back of hotel towards pool. very quiet.

Really appreciate the airport transfer service which our flight delay and the driver waited to pick us. We have a early check in.The hotel is very clean, nice and comfortable. Very happy with the room and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The Buffett breakfast is nice and variety choices. We manage to book the 1 hour aromatherapy compliment from hotel, very refreshing and relaxing.Good job. Will stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights early of September, they gave me early check in without any
extras charge which I appreciate after a long flight. One of the receptionist did my registration and was very polite and did accompanied us to our room.We were on the 1st floor and it was
noiseless though there were clients. The pool was real clean and well taken care of.Their breakfast was a feast, always someone there to replenish empty food trays.I will certainly recommend
this place to my friends.I really hope the management will keep up their great work.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Tara Angkor hotel and I can't rave enough, with the nice comfortable rooms, to the amazing service, to the perfect location and the excellent food. If I ever return to Siem Reap, this is the hotel I would choose.

First, lets start with the location. Siem Reap isn't a large town and the real reason to visit is the ruins. this hotel is one of the closest to the ruins with a tuk -tuk only costing a few dollars for the drive over. I definately suggest renting a tuk-tuk or taxi for the day (we did both), as Angkor Wat is not a place you can just walk from site to site. A tuk-tuk should cost about $15US a day and will wait while you look at the ruins...a cab is about $35-$45, but definately has it's perks.

On our first day, we spent the day in the Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom area. We just had a tuk-tuk on this day and it was enough, as it took us about 3 hours to wander around Angkor Thom and 4 hours in Angkor Wat.

On the second day, we decided to get a cab (ordered from the hotel front desk) and go to all the other spaced out smaller temples. We loved the Taxi driver and it was well worth the extra money for the Air Conditioning and we had a short downpour for about 1 hour in which having a cab was perfect. We saw a lot of people getting soaked on the tuk-tuks.

If you have interest in seeing the downtown core and night market, the tuk-tuk's will take you each way for $2US a trip (not per person).

As for the hotel, the rooms were large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had so many options including a omlete bar. We ate twice at the restaurant for dinner and the meals were perfect...with a 20% discount if you're a guest of the hotel. The workers were amazing, helpful, and most spoke clear english. I can't say enough about the service....they were amazing

I would suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap. This was the perfect choice for us

a group of 4, 2 from malaysia and 2 from philippines

the welcome drink is lovely. it was a lemongrass drink. cold enough to make us happy every time we walk in.

we managed to use the swimming pool.

I like the fact that they provide free wifi every part of the hotel. all the workers are helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: i would always insist on a non-smoking room

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us book bus tickets, a helicopter tour and exchaned money. The hotel was clean, and booking was easy. It was in a great location, and tuk tuk's were always readily available.
