we were introduced to this inn by a friend who has been to Cambodia. we didn't have much expectation at first but when we arrived, we were VERY impressed. the inn is clean, well-kept, cosy and most of all - the Cheab family is extremely friendly people. thanks to Sony who droves us around and arranged the tour for us. the free internet service is an advantage. the rooms are very spacious with good air conditioningand hot shower. beer is cheap and we enjoyed the night drinking away at the balcony. treat yourselves with view of the crocodile pool (HUGE FAT crocs awaiting). Definitely will stay there again the new visit. Thanks Sony for your flexibility in arranging everything. we met as strangers but we left as friends. definitely worth every bit of our money.

When we were recommended this inn, we were a bit apprehensive but decided to give it a try. We were so glad we followed our instinct. Golden Mango is one of the best inn we've stayed in Siem Reap. Its cleanliness, attentiveness of Mr Sony and his family members was service excellence. Our room was spacious, aircond was working perfectly well (weather was very hot outside), the sheets and blanket were sparkling clean and smells fresh. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was great with strong water pressure and the towels were clean. Breakfast was simple but just nice for my husband and I. Although the location is a bit out of the happenings in Siem Reap, we were glad for the peace and quiet surrounding. Excellent and very reasonable food were available just a short walk to the main road. Free transportation to the markets and internet were plus points for us. We felt very safe even though we came back late at night as there is a guard at the gate every night. I would definately come back again with my children.

A few words cannot describe how great the Golden Mango actually is. Sony and his family welcome you in as one of their own from the start and will cater to your every need during your stay in Siem Riep.

We were recommended this hotel by a good Cambodian friend who works with us in Australia.

The hotel is a little out of town but again the staff go out of theor way to provide free tuk tuk drive into town. There is no pool but you can take a swim after a hot day at the hotel next door for a small fee.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and shower pressure is fantastic! Oh and don't the bread at breakfast is the yummiest we have ever had.

We hope to go back soon.

What I liked most about Golden Mango Inn is the comfortable bed, which is greatly appreciated after an exhausting day at the Angkor temples. The rooms are impeccably clean and comes with a nice bathroom attached. Clean sheets and towels are also replaced every day. In my opinion, such excellent quality @ $15/single room/night is a steal!

The Cheab family who runs the hotel goes to great lengths to make you feel comfortable like you are at home. I was particularly impressed by young mister Sony Cheab who is not only service-oriented, but is also charming and shows a maturity beyond his age.

No worries on transport too, as Sony and brother-in-law Kim Soryar has wide contacts and are happy to make all the arrangements for you.
