To start with, the staff were rude and unhelpful. They were not even able to supply me with a tourist map of siem reap. The Internet was very bad and did not work at all the first 24 hours I was there (again, the staff seemed unconcerned). They state on their website that they arrange transport to and from the airport - this is not the case, I had to find my own both ways. (When I asked them to arrange a transport upon my departure they simply pointed to the tuk tuk drivers at the gate who charged twice what the market rate was.) Finally, the breakfast was awful and beds uncomfortably hard, even by Asia standards. Positives: big rooms, good location in the town and nice pool.
