The sculptures on the terrace are fine but you can only see them once you proceed into the inner wall, hidden by the outer wall. I nearly missed the best part of it due to the exhaustion. So, please keep in mind that the best of the terrace is hidden inside and cannot be seen outside (not like Terrace of the Elephants).
The terrace is located adjacent to Terrace of the Elephants, and nearby Baphuon and the Royal Palace. Khleang and Prasat Suor Prat are located just opposite the terrace.
