Amazing design, ambiance, service, staff, location, and CSR!

Shinta Mani is home to me. I've stayed here on multiple occasions either for business or to visit the beautiful city of Siem Reap with friends/family. The hotel has two wings with two different feels and designs that still incorporates one identity. You can not take in everything the hotel has to offer in just one stay.

The staff is very tentative and friendly. The GM, Christian, is very kind and humorous. I've recommended many friends and family members to stay here whenever they are in Siem Reap and have heard of great responses.

Staying here also helps support many local causes initiated by the hotel brand. Shinta Mani provides waterwells to provinces around Cambodia, provides free education, to those underprivileged, in hospitality, and support many events to raise awareness for local talents and NGOs/groups.

For such a young hotel, Shinta Mani is sure attracting a lot of attention.

I stayed at the Shinta Mani Club 8,9 + 10th November with my husband - at the start of a weeks holiday in Cambodia - frankly the hospitality, pastries and cocktails were without comparison for the remainder of the week : ) This is an exceptional hotel , staffed by truly exceptional people - can't emphasise that strongly enough. The guest room we had was on the top floor overlooking the pool, well designed and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding especially taken on the giant hanging daybeds - great space to plan the day ahead ! Trips, recommendations on dinner locations all came up trumps this team truly know their neighbourhood. We really look forward to returning.

Room Tip: We enjoyed our room in Shinta Mani Club on top floor overlooking pool with a balcony , the club is t...

Very stylish, clean, good food and very polite, smiling, helpful staff. Highly recommend !!!! The room is comfortable, clean, very stylish and quite. All the public areas are spotless with minimal and modern decoration. The restaurant has very nice food with different tasting menu every night! The staff is very polite, smiling constantly and always ready to help. Excellent front desk. The location is perfect because even though it is centrally located (Angkor wat, night market, old market, pub street etc) is very quite. The nicest service are the wet and perfect smelling little towels provided by the staff when the guests entering the hotel no matter what time. The security is very good without even notice it!!!! The swimming pool area and the spa are also very we'll taking care and clean. Very good ambience!
The secret weapon of the hotel is the always smiling Dutch guest relations manager. Do not hesitate to meet her. She is polite, helpful and ready to answer whatever question you might have

Room Tip: Boutique hotel, not many rooms if there is availability just book it!!!!!!

Shinta Mani Club is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It has a most stylish design that you could expect from an upscale city boutique hotel but it is the warmth of the staff that makes it really special.

The design has influences from the temples throughout and you really feel like you are staying at one-off hotel. The general manager Christian greeted us on arrival and could be seen throughout our stay.

The hotel has a foundation to help the community which is yet another special touch. I honestly felt very sad to leave and would love to return there one day. The smiles of the fantastic staff will be remembered.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this one-of-a-kind hotel and loved every minute of it. The service is warm and friendly and top notch. The food is delicious and served in a wonderful, cultural atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and quite lovely. In addition to all this luxury you can feel happy about the fact that while staying here you are supporting the Shinta Mani Foundation. The foundation does work and education in the community of Siem Reap. They have trained and placed hundred of youth in the hotel industry.

We recently stayed at Shinta Mani Club and used some of the services at the SM Resort, directly opposite. Both hotels offer very high levels of comfort and the warmest and most efficient service we have experienced in 30 years of world travel.

Room Tip: Room 213 was super comfortable and quiet but be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs as there...

This was the first place that we stayed in in our 2 week trip round Cambodia and it was probably the best! The service was outstanding and not over-bearing at all. We got given refreshing towels everytime we came back to the hotel, and water everytime we left. The room was clean and comfortable, the spa was the perfect ending to a day sightseeing the Angkor temples. We also had a tour of the school and farm that Shinta Mani support and left a donation at the end as the overall experience was fantastic and it is wonderful to give back. Overall - fabulous! The breakfast was also one of the best we've ever had.
