“Elegance and class par excellence”

Great Find in Siem Reap and fantastic to get back to after long days out on excursions.

Staff really define the words luxury and hospitality. Ever-willing to go the extra mile and service is of the highest order.

The property itself is fantastically and ergonomically designed... rooms are a lap of luxury, the music CDs on offer embody whats on offer. Great food and all that comes with it. Close to the "Pub Street" in Siem Reap what else more do you need.

Room Tip: I can't imagine any of the rooms having a down-side

We usually stay at Hotel de la Paix, one of my top hotels, but being closed I didn't know where to book. I made a mistake of booking another hotel recommended on TA but as soon as we arrived I just knew it wasn't for us. As it was a trip to celebrate a close friends big birthday and I didn't want to appear a spoilt diva and change hotels straight away I just relaxed for a few minutes but luckily our friends room had no water supply and there were no other rooms available.
I immediately called Shinta Mani who were really outstanding and I knew immediately we were in safe hands. Within minutes we arrived at SM and wre blown away by the design. We had the best welcome from everyone. Hot towels, big smiles and our luggage was whisked away. Whilst we waited for our rooms to be prepared we had drinks and the most delicious dinner. Needless to say, we were all beaming with pleasure and when we were shown our rooms we couldn't have been happier. Not only did they give us a good rate but they upgraded us to garden suites near the pool.

We stayed for four nights and and we would have gladly stayed longer. All the staff were terrific, the service was faultless and the food exceptional. I can't praise all the staff and the manager enough as they have done an amazing job. A pool area like Hotel de la Paix would have been good but they don't have the room and it certainly didn't affect our enjoyment. A terrific masseur! A real find and can't wait to return. Certainly gets into my personal favourite hotels of the world list.

We spent a month travelling around Vietnam and Cambodia and this hotel was by far the best. It was spotless, the room was comfortable, the bar and pool area were great and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We loved the suspended tables in the restaurant and had a really good massage in the spa with an added 30 mins complementary. They even allowed us a delayed check out at no extra cost - until 5pm. The staff without exception were welcoming and couldn't help us enough. The only thing that let the hotel down was a poor take away breakfast box when we went to the temples early to catch a sun rise, nothing is perfect but this was very close.

2 nights in this lovely hotel, everybody smiling and fulfilling al your requests quickly and succesfully. design is modern, service is great, food and beverages are very well in this boutique hotel. every detail is thought. almost in the central but still tranquil. definitely the best place to accomodate and cool down after heavy visits to tempels around.

Room Tip: all of the rooms have taste and peace...

I recently held an executive retreat for 6 C-level executives and their spouses at the Shinta Mani. The hotel was amazing and so welcoming. As this was our group's first time in Cambodia, no one knew what to expect, even before our arrival the hotel staff went out of their way to help arrange temple tours, dinners, lunches, etc. As you can imagine, traveling with a group of 12 is not easy, after our arrival we had several changes to our existing schedules and reservations. The hotel staff went out of their way AGAIN to help with these last minute changes.

The Shinta Mani itself is an adorable, quiet and very clean boutique hotel. The rooms are modern and contemporary. Our room had to have one of the most confortable beds I've ever slept in. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Touring as backpackers in Cambodia with a great sense for quality, we popped in for some Q-time in the hotel spa and restaurant as we already booked another guesthouse in the nabourhood. A 5-star smile all over the place, mixed with the proffesionalism of the attentive hotelteam. Topped with the natural way of the staff to make you feel relaxed, we experienced this pearl of a place as " a must " if we visit Siem Reap again.

Kind regards,
Johan & Karien

Pampersville!!

Incredible staff at your beck and call.
Very modern and large everything.

Ask for the driver and guide for an unbelievable 5:30 am - noon 1 day 3 location tour-PRIVATE!!

Great pool, bar restaurant - all very subdued and quiet.

Seniors should avoid unless guaranteed main floor.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
