We had dinner at this restaurant twice during our stay because it is the best restaurant in Siem Reap. The place is sort of far away from the main tourist areas in a residential neighbourhood. So it is not easy to find. The restaurant is open air under a extended roof of a house where the kitchen and the bar area is located. The service is very polite and during the evening the chefowner greats every guest at their table. The food choices are either traditional Cambodian dishes prepared in a modern presentation and there are also some western dishes on the menue. The chef used to work in very good restaurants in Europe and some other western resorts before opening his own place here. The food is by far the most flavourful we had in Cambodia. The wine list needs some work though in our opinion, but some of the (non-)Alcoholic drinks are mixed beautifully. We went for the Cambodian dishes on both our visits. Curry, Amok, Pork stir fry and beef soup were really great in flavour. Even the desserts were great (which is not normal in Asia).
