I loved this place! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The owner could speak good English and the receptionist's English was not bad either. They were helpful with providing me with information to help make my trip there more enjoyable and suggested hiring a tuk tuk driver to take me around. The driver was very friendly and was always on time to pick me up! His English wasn't bad too!
I know someone made a comment about the food and personally I'd suggest not ordering any western type of food there. I ordered a traditional Khmer dish "Fish Amok" which was very delicious but for breakfast I opted for poached eggs and bread. It wasn't a great choice but breakfast was free and they were kind enough to pack it to go for me as my driver took me to Angkor Wat at 5:30am to see the sunrise. They serve free coffee drinks anytime as well!
I will definitely be staying here again next time I make a visit to Siem Reap. Excellent staff and clean, air conditioned rooms. The price you pay is well worth it. Just another note though, there aren't any pools here if that is what you are interested in but hammocks outside are quite nice.
I was actually staying in Phnom Phen but I had to make a trip up to see Angkor Wat. So I took a bus up to Siem Reap and the hotel arranged for someone to come and pick me up! Very good service.
