On arrival in Siem Reap we were greeted by our tuk tuk driver, who took us to our hotel on our free airport transfer. On arrival at the hotel we were warmly welcomed, sat down, given cool towels and refreshments. The refreshments included the most delicious drink, I have no idea what it was but it was amazing, followed by watermelon, salted nuts and sticky rice. A staff member then stood by our table and explained everything to us explicitly from the details of our free 30 minute massage, to possible tours we might like to take to the temples. After this our bags were carried up the stairs by staff to our room who then gave us a full on tour of the room! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, bright red and super clean and new looking. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked so well it was almost too cold in our room! The hotel is situated a 2 minute walk from pub street, with many little shops selling cold drinks and laundry service close by. We could not believe the amazing value of this hotel, which only cost us $8 a night per person twin share! Our friends were staying at another hotel nearby, paying more than us and their rooms were very average in comparison! Upon visiting our hotel with us, our friends made the snap decision to move hotels to join us! The staff were so helpful, sending a tuk tuk with the girls to pick up their luggage from the other hotel, and arranging a room for them at a moments notice! We made good friends with some of the staff, and one of them ended up accompanying us to the airport at the end to farewell us! The only problem we had was that buildings were being constructed next door, with loud machinery beginning at 6:30-7am. This disrupted our sleep a bit, but all the other aspects of the hotel made up for this. The service of this hotel is up with the best of all hotels I have stayed in all over the world, even better than many of the 5 star, top dollar hotels I have stayed in. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and I would most definitely stay here again!

This new B&B is tucked at the rear of an alleyway. It's within walking distance away to the Night Market & Pub Street. It sticks out like a sore thumb as the building is literally painted with a fiery orange. The surreal experience commenced the moment you landed at its footstep. There's a tiny walkway that brought you through the threshold (aka, tiny moat with goldfish & serene flowing water) from the chaotic world to the oasis of calm. Staff ratio is high & so, the moment you are at the front counter, the staff would bring you ice cold towels to refresh yourself, brought you fresh fruit such as watermelon slice and also, ice tea to cool you down after a long day under the sun of temple gazing. The room is tastefully decorated with kitsch usage of Buddha statues and rattan to add textures to the already impressive room. The property is in the midst of residential properties and don't be startled to hear the yelping of dogs in the middle of the night. There are two complimentary bottles of water in the fridge (not switched on anyhow) but bottles can be purchased handily at the restaurant counter (75 cents for a small bottle and $1 for a large bottle). The B&B is a one stop shop as it organises Tuk Tuk to take guests everywhere and even organised tours. Food can also be purchased downstairs but it's average but it shall handle Western visitors easily. I find the restaurant to have many flies, which ruin the mood. There shall be incense or even insect zappers to keep the insects away. You can also hear constant banging of doors in the middle of the night as the B&B is filled with hard surfaces such as granite floor and solid concrete walls. Wi-Fi is absolutely fantastic. I paid a mere $18 for my individual room and so, for that price, I can put up with the bits mentioned above. Staff is VERY attentive and VERY eager to practice English with the guests that have patience to share time with them. Do tip the housekeeping team and the staff accordingly as every cent & dollar count for them to provide education to their younger siblings. I also almost forgot to mention about the complimentary 30 minutes massage and also, picnic request for the guests that want to bring nibbles during the temple visit. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Double check that the room that you paid for is the room that you are getting. Management in Asia o...

Was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived here after a long 18 hour bus ride from Ho Chi Minh. Somebody greeted us at the door and took our bags for us. The guy on reception was very helpful with great English. We arranged a TukTuk for the Temples with him and also got a free half hour massage voucher to use at the hotel. The room was beautiful, with lovely clean bathroom. We had Breakfast in the hotel the next morning which was lovely. Free Tea, Coffee and bananas are there to help yourself to at anytime. My partner didn't want his massage so I had a full hour for Free. We had heavy rain in the evening so they offered me an Umbrella and also called the bus company to arrange hotel pick up for our onward journey. I would recommend this place to everyone. Only $16 a night!!!!!!!

A lovely little villa 5 mins walk from the restaurants and shops of Siem Reap. Clean rooms, well maintained, with good bathrooms always with hot water. The staff were lovely - really friendly and helpful and a nice touch was cold towels, iced tea and watermelon every time we came back to the hotel after a trip - much appreciated! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here last week.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them, rooms very clean and spacious.
Located just a stones throw away from Pub Street etc but tucked away so incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The massage service is exceptionally good value and is highly recommended.
Above all though it is the guys and girls who work here that make this place so good.
If you find yourself in Siem Reap book yourself in, if they are not full that is.

A small hotel but strategically located. Night market and pub street are less than 5 minutes walk, the ambience is quiet and relaxing, and complimentary wifi / internet corner is available. Rate is so affordable, and the room is nice, despite its red wall and a kind of bamboo branch inside. Receptionists and waiter/ess are friendly and helpful. They provide tuk tuk and taxi services with polite English speaking driver. The small restaurants serves good meals with good prices too, but would be better if they can do something with the flies issue. Worth to be recommended!
