“One Great Hotel in Siem Reap”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 6, 2013 via mobile

One of the best hotels, not only in Siem Reap, but internationally. Great staff team with very high international standard. Very professional staff at the front desk and Guest Relations. The management team should be proud of themselves for having such esprit de corps. Great evironment with a reasonably grand lobby and a special mention to its fantastic swimming pool! For all the above such, the price is extremely reasonable. A great hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days at the end of Nov. This is a quiet and laid-back resort without the hussle and bussle of Siem Reap town and tour groups bussing in and out. The staff are helpful and friendly, including our host Mr Chiva. Breakfast was sumptious and delicious and the waffle station was my wife's favourite.

Room Tip: there are pool view and city views.

We booked this hotel online because of the affordable package and so we were not expecting much given our limited budget. But lo and behold we were definitely overwhelmed by how nice and spacious this place was. Staff was very attentive and helpful, even going through the trouble of getting a tuktuk for us because we didnt want to splurge on a hotel taxi.Their breakfast buffet was a mix of Asian and Continental and does not really vary much day to day but it is definitely a good spread and good value.

They also have a nice spacious pool which we enjoyed lounging around in after a hectic day biking around the temples. Our room overlooked the garden/pool so it was always a nice thing to wake up to.

Not only were we given a 5-star treatment but it was always clean, safe and quiet during our stay this year and would definitely consider staying here again during our next trip to Cambodia.

Room Tip: If there is a convention, maybe it would be better to ask for a room that is further from where most...

Great hotel, lovely staff and the discount was amazing.
We were even upgraded to a suit as it was low season (September 2013)! Siem Reap is a wonderful city and I highly recommend the Lotus Blanc resort.

A quiet oasis in a manic place. Hotels are just boxes, but the people inside make the difference. Excellent staff, very friendly and always smiling. Good quality gift shop with reasonable prices. Swimming pool is excellent too. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Take a taxi into town for food etc.

Do not usually stay at this level of luxury but it was part of a tour. great pool to relax in and was upgraded to a suite. Staff are very attentive and maybe a little overly so. Watch you plate disappear as your last mouthful hits your lips. Nice ambiance in the grounds. Food good

I stayed for three nights and was very impressed. The room was very nice and the pool was a great place to relax after a hot day. The food was good in the restaurant and reasonably priced.

The staff are very friendly, and I was especially impressed with Laura and Linna at the front desk. They were able to help with anything I needed, and always remembered my name! All the staff were very helpful, including making a call to my next hotel in Phnom Penh to correct a mistake in a reservation I made.

I loved Siem Riep and Angkor and will return to the Lotus Blanc!
