“absolute delight”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2013

absolute delight at the service here

5stars service at one of the best prices around
excellent location, just 5-10mins tuktuk ride away from town, pub street and good restaurants (theres a good apsara performance restaurent just around the corner and phare is within walkable distance as well)

massage is at a great price too (similar to good ones around the area) though i didn't try it.

nothing shady at this hotel at all and hotel staff spoke decent english and did their best especially the desk manager who went out of his way to show us the room (although he had no need to) and helped us change rooms immediately although there was a booking confusion. this despite the fact that the hotel was almost fully booked.

pickup from the airport was on time and attentive
gym and pool were excellent and gave great respite from days of temple exploring

bravo to the management especially mr chann! i had a great time talking to you and getting to know about cambodia while waiting for my taxi back. i have travelled to quite a few places and despite staying in hotels with superior reputation, i must say you are a gem in the service industry

absolute delight on this trip

I was very impressed with the initial deco of the hotel. The staff was immediately in their introduction of themselves to us by providing a welcome beverage and a wet towel. The staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting us with a English speaking guide and transport to the temples.
The room was awesome. My sister and brother- in law were very impressed with the swimming pool.
The hotel and my room was always very clean. It was extremely helpful that the hotel accepted USD's that helped in not converting currency.

Room Tip: The large balcony was the best

I stayed in this hotel with my family, and I would have to say it is one of the greatest hotel I've stayed in! The location of the hotel is perfect, since it is in the centre of town and isn't very far from the temples, so it won't have to be a really far bike ride! The service of the hotel is premium and the room has this Khmer-ish flair to it. The staff are really helpful and are willing to help you with everything! Value of the room was very good too! It was a really wonderful experience I had!

Room Tip: Corner rooms are generally more spacious than the others.

me and my 5 friends were truly impressed and had wonderful stay in this well located Hotel.
The friendly staff displayed their professional prompt service to our request and a little complaint about my room's air conditioner and toilet issue. They rectified within minutes!!
The rooms are big and clean. The Hotel's façade is interesting and very authentic Cambodian design.
Breakfast spread was good with combination of continental ( in case foreigner cant take local food, at least they have this option available ) and their local choices of noodles etc.

Stayed 3 nights in August 2013 in this very fine hotel which has character and old world charm. Excellent service all round. The staff was always polite, charming and very helpful. Substantial breakfast spread. Good location and great value. Wish could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at the beautiful Angkor Paradise Hotel! The location is great - just minutes from the night market and other shopping, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The pool was amazing, the atmosphere was elegant, the rooms were big and clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was always helpful and friendly. We chose this hotel because it is one of the very few that offered a "triple" room for a family traveling with one teenager. Most require you to get another room or pay almost as much for an extra bed. We were thrilled with everything about our stay here. Feels like a much more expensive hotel - great value!!

This luxurious hotel is located a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride from the centre of Siem Reap, and the busy restaurant street Pub Street. It is also only 15 minutes to the Angkor temple site.

Welcoming us with a drink, we checked in and got a free upgrade a Club Suite room. This room was huge, sporting a big balcony with pool and cityview, and a spacious bathroom.
The bathroom had a bath and shower separately, and was very clean and classy built. As was the room; nice wooden furnitures, a big TV and comfortable (though hard) beds. All was very clean, as you can expect.

Breakfast buffet was one of the biggest and best we had ever seen. There was a huge choice of fruits, breads, vegetables, Asian and western dishes and lots of other food. They even had freshly baked Belgian waffles!

The pool was very impressively sized, and water was at a good temperature.
The fitness centre could use a bit of an upgrade. The weight and training equipment was OK, but the crosstrainers were old and not working correctly and there wasn't any bike. However, this was our only little disappointment, as the rest of the hotel made up for this.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They can arrange good day trips to the Angkor temple sites; using a tuktuk for a day will only cost you 15$. We did both the Grand Tour and Small Tour offered by the hotel, and we saw all of the Angkor temples. Great value for money!

If you book through Agoda, you might be able to enjoy a huge discount on the roomrates, as we did. It was great value for money, and we had a memorable stay in Siem Reap.
