“ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

We were only in siem reap a few days to see angkor wat. Navutu dreams is just a wee touch (which is actually a massive plus) outside of the main town, but offers superior service, clean, well constructed rooms and gorgeous grounds! The staff is absolutely amazing, and you get a tuk tuk driver to drive you around as part of the package!! Hands down this hotel is the best value for money we've found in a long time! Perfect for couples!! And ps the restaurant is DELICIOUS!

Room Tip: All are fantastic

Beautiful hotel, stunning grounds and pool, very nice room. Service couldn't be any friendlier or more accommodating. Room comes with 12-hour tuktuk driver which is invaluable. Everything is lovely about this hotel but it is a bit farther from angkor than most hotels since it is located just outside of siem reap. With the tuktuk however, the increased distance is really not a problem.

Lastly, this hotel is a bit pricier (especially the restaurant) but it is money well spent.

We searched for a calm and small hotel a bit away of the rest of the tourist accomodations and found a perfect getaway in Navutu.
Here the highlights:
- Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and great value for money (the main dishes only about 5-7 €). Breakfast is a la carte and you can choose from different sweet and hearty variations.
- You can get a free pick-up from the airport and you get also your "own" free tuk-tuk driver for the time of your stay who brings you to whereever you want to go in Siem Reap and also drives you through Angkor . And you really need a tuk-tuk because although the hotel is not very far from the center the way is not suitable to walk (almost no street names, only dirt roads around the hotel). But staying a bit outside the center gives you the chance to see a little bitt of "real life" on the way.
- The rooms are new and comfortable, air condition quiet and the whole hotel staff very caring and although their English is in most cases quite basic they try the best to understand you and to fullfill your wishes. Only negative thing I can say is that the bungalows are not that soundproofed and since we had a room directly at the restaurant we heard the other guests in the morning and the evening but it didn´t disturbed us much.

I was in Siem Reap for the Angkor Wat marathon, and decided on this hotel because of the wonderful reviews on tripadvisor. We weren't disappointed. We were met at the airport by our tuk tuk drivers, and reached the hotel after a 30mins ride. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, reacheable by dirt track, off the main thoroughfare. However, the services of a tuk tuk driver is included with the room. The rooms were gorgeous, and the facilities in the resort were top notch (there were two pools!). The restaurant served very good Italian food and the environs were quite perfect for a romantic dinner.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap.

After a 3 week trip through Vietnam and subsequently Cambodia we ended up in Siem Reap for our last few days. Our tour operator Buffalo Tours booked us into the resort. After a short drive up a dusty road we came to an amazing place to relax and get away from the crowds. The perfect ending to a great holiday! We only have excellent feedback for the facilities, rooms, restaurant and above all, the very friendly and helpful staff. If we didn't live so far away this would be the place for regular visits.

P.S. For those who want to spend time in town it is only a 5-10 minute ride to Pub Street.

Room Tip: You step out of your room and drop into the pool no matter where your room is.

My husband I are not keen on large hotels, so when we booked this boutique hotel through the tour operator Buffalo tours we were looking forward to the small personal service that we had experienced in other boutique hotels. We had flown up to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh for a 4 day private tour of the many temples in Angkor in late Noember 2012. The approach to the hotel was a bit daunting, as it is down a long road, quite some way from downtown Siem Reap and the entrance looked much like we were turning up outside someones house, however once we turned the corner it was a pleasant surprise. Beyond the very relaxed reception is a wonderful oasis. We were fortunate to be upgraded to the Grand Tour room, although the Explorer room looked very nice. The hotel never felt overcrowded and after a long day touring the temples, it was always easy to find a spare sunbed. There was a very relaxed feel about the hotel and the service was attentive, but not over fussy. The staff all had a good command of English and I'm sure a good grasp of many other languages. There was never any issue to be understood. On arrival we were offered a free foot massage to take at any time during our stay - bliss. We booked a furher full hour massage at an incredible 35 dollars for us both!! The restaurant was fabulous, elegant, stylish and again a relaxed informality - dress up or down it just felt right. Food was fantastic - too fantastic, which stopped us trying the many good restaurants downtown. The rooms were simple, but stylish - white walls and open plan. The bathroom was large, with bath and open shower. There were a couple of tiny gripes, no proper closet for clothes and a few more hangers would have been handy. There were 2 reasonable sized pools either side of the restaurant, beautifully lit in the evening, Small gripe that there were no steps to get in and more importantly get out. It's not easy to haul yourself out of the pool at my age and none too elegant either!! However these are small gripes and didn't spoil our stay. All in all this a beautiful tranquil hotel, with excellent staff - and another nice touch there were welcome gifts in our room - traditional Camabodian scarves. Definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly suggest to try the restaurant.

Room Tip: Choose the Grand Tour, bit bigger

This place was utterly wonderful, we made a big mistake by staying for only 3 nights, we should have stayed way longer. It's a place which is very difficult to leave. The staff, location, food and drinks are delightful. One tip, try to take advantage of the horse riding excursion, an unforgettable experience as the sun was setting over Siem Reap.
