Side Walk Hotel was a great choice for our 5 day stay in Siem Reap! The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you out (find a tuk tuk driver, show you directions, fix your cell phone etc...) The rooms are very clean and well kept. They're currently working on a pool which is part way done and looks so far very nice. We really enjoyed the hotel balconies that can be found on every level. Here you can hang out and watch the sunset over part of the city. I will be recommending this hotel to friends!

We booked 7 days through booking.com, due to family emergency, we had to leave Cambodia and head back to Taiwan after 2 nights. They charged us for only 2 nights because booking.com does not taking the money before-hand. Through-out our stay, we've experienced nothing but excellent services. Even though our room (double beds with A/C) was only for $20/night, we feel that this hotel strives for 5-star service: 24 hour breakfast; arrangement for transportation around the town and knowledgeable guides; pleasant and courteous staff. Thank you for making our Angkor Wat trip so memorable! They are located short-walk away from Lucky Mall and night markets. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beautiful building and front lobby.

Located a bit outside the pub street area it's the perfect value for money combination. Rooms are clean and staff was kind.

Hint: the travel agency in front of the hotel has a little room for massage by blinds

We had a booking.com reservation that was made nearly a week in advance. Check-in time was 2pm and we arrived a little after 9pm (exhausted) only to be told that someone was in our room and it would not be available until 11:20pm. Found an alternative that allowed us to check-in right away, but it was a huge hassle at the end of a long day. Would not trust booking here.
