If you want to feel like the only guests in the hotel and feel like you are Royalty this is the hotel to stay at. The service from Jacky, Alex, Sean and all of the Privelege floor staff was exceptional.
We stayed 4 nights and were treated and cared for with attention to detail and genuine hospitality. They organised dinners out, guides, birthday cakes and ensured we enjoyed the cocktails every evening (Sokman was a real character - ensuring the children had lots of Mango Shakes). Our family enjoyed our entire time here and it made it very hard to leave. Our driver Amatak was a delight and gave us insight into the daily lives of the Cambodian People. We will definately recommend this hotel and will be the first ones to return on our next trip. Well done=)

My husband and spent 4 fabulous nights at the privilege floor. we were picked up at the airport and greeted with jasmine bracelets. every detail was attended to,from our food preferences to any and special requests. our 24 hour driver was delightful and always available. Our resident host team was incredible. Jacky, Alex, Bunna, Sean and Anna were so genuinely kind and all they wanted to do was make our stay perfect. the breakfast was great and there was alot of assortment. cocktail hour was fun,as Jokman makes the best martinis. We do a lot of traveling but this experience was especially unique and very memorable!! again kudos to the wonderful staff!!

This was a great place to stay when my friends and I were in Siem Reap. The service is by far the best we encountered in touring 4 cities in Asia this month, and the value is beyond anything I ever experienced. For a little more than $200 a night, you get a very nice room, unlimited laundry, a full time personal driver (Chan, thanks again!!), great breakfast, cell phone use for your stay, and as is familiar to hear in Siam, etcetera etcetera etcetera.

Definitely try the 4 hand massage; it's a wonderful experience and costs less than the tip alone would be for this in New York.

The staff, especially Alex, made our stay truly memorable. The attention to detail and the eagerness of everyone to make our experience as enjoyable as possible really made us feel like valued guests. They were more than happy to help out with our restrictive dietary requirements. They give a new meaning to great hospitality. The included extras such as the complimentary driver and the 5-7pm complimentary drinks with canapés were also major positives. It's worth asking if they can do a special offer for the spa. It is worthy of the awards it has received. My wife and I would happily go back again.

I spent 3 nights in Siem Reap for my Birthday in February and was completely thrilled with my experience at The Privilege floor. From the moment I arrived at the airport seemingly everything was taken care of with ease. In a city where the temples and the town seem busy, starting the day with an excellent breakfast buffet (with a few made to order items) in a private area on the floor made the start of the day (and end of the day for that matter) peaceful and enjoyable. I was given a mobile phone and had a driver available to me 24/7 for my entire stay. The night of my birthday, I was surprised with a nice cake and birthday song from the staff. To make an already great stay better, I was upgraded to an incredible suite for my brief but enjoyable stay. It may cost a little more than some of the other hotels in the area, but it was worth every penny and would highly recommend the hotel.

The Privilege floow is not the fanciest hotel I've stayed in, nor does it have the best food, nor is it in the finest location with the best views, but the outstanding service provided by every member of the staff makes it a stay we will never forget. Any shorcomings will never be remembered.

Room Tip: Sunset Suite is an excellent choice
