This is the bar to go to if you want to get away from the tourists and the crap music force fed to them at so many bars and restaurants. The patrons are almost all Westerners, but as far as I can tell they are long-termers: residents or volunteers at local charities. In other words, people doing interesting things who know a lot about Cambodia. Other positives are the free pool and tasteful decor. Best of all, though, is the music: plenty of funk and Brazilian, no overplayed 80's hits.
I didn't try the food, but this site made me rate it anyway.
