“A delightful retreat in Hanoi!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2013

Love this hotel ... the staff was incredibly welcoming, rooms spacious and comfortable, and the setting of the hotel is perfect for access by foot to downtown as well as to head to Ankgor Wat. You will not be disappointed!

Room Tip: Request a room with a pool view!

We went to Siem Reap in order to visit the temple area of Angkor. For this the hotel was the best choice we could have taken. It is well located (app. 25 min. drive by car to the temples) and they even can help you in organising a car / Tuk-Tuk as all as a guide.
Given the size of the hotel they have a huge pool and a great Spa-area. We had a massage once - the staff is friendly and skilful, makes you forget, that you are in the middle of a buzzing city.

The best about this hotel is the staff and their friendliness and service-orientation. It starts with the welcome drinks, wet refreshing towels every time you come back after a tour, the laundry service, ... Unfortunately I got quite ill on the last day. The reception staff helped us organising the doctor (including the Tuk-Tuk ride there) and even prepared a special meal for me. I felt very well cared for!

Room Tip: I would recommend to book a room with pool view. Ours was facing the house next door (a Guesthouse...

I'm not sure where to start. Like other reviews have said, the customer service here is like nowhere else in the world. It's an oasis in busy Siem Reap. Try the cooking class - very fun. Also, the location is perfect - it's a short, safe walk into "downtown". I felt safe even at night.

My week in Siem Reap was the highlight of my Asia trip, and the Golden Temple Hotel made my stay in Siem Reap very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and they are the prime reason why the Golden Temple Hotel should be your choice in Siem Reap. The rooms are very comfortable as well, and with a great swimming pool and restaurant on site that has good food, you could not ask for anything more.

Golden Temple Hotel is very comfortable and very easy reach from the city of Siam Reap, located no more 5 minutes to the center of down town by walk.
The pool is one of my best favorites in the hotel where you can eat breakfast sitting on the edge of.
And I think all of the staffs of the hotel are very warm hospitality and show us Cambodia enthusiasm.

If you are EVER in Siem Reap this is the place to stay. Well appointed clean and classy rooms, great and helpful Staff, a fantastic restaurant and great Day Spa. We stayed there 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. Had several Massages....you must try the hot oil compress massage :) Strongly recommend this place to everyone from business folks to couples and honeymooners, you will love it :) They have access to all the tourist spots and can arrange a Tuk Tuk for a trip or a day.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great but away from the pool is very quiet :)

My partner and I stayed here for three nights in November. The hotel arranged complimentary pick up from the airport which was very handy at 10pm after a long plane trip! The complimentary massage was also great for the tired legs! The staff were very sweet and always went out of their way to help. They helped with all our questions on what to do in Siem Reap etc. On the morning we visited the Ankor Wat temple they made sure we had take away breakfast so we did not go hungry! The only downfall was that it a bit noisy from across the road with the construction work - but this was not the fault of the hotel whatsoever. They are very reasonably priced for the standard of service and the lovely room we had! Also very close to Pub Street, shopping & restaurants.
