We stayed there for 3 nights, the service was excellent, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is really good, you can have a delicious breakfast just beside the pool. This hotel is situated is the city, close to everything.

Room Tip: the twin bedroom is better than the standard

Hotel was fully booked on our first night since they didn't see our booking in mailbox but we were compensated with free breakfast and discount on other 2 nights. All staffs were helpful. Breakfast was ok. Only 5 mins walk to Old Market, Pub Street and Night Markets. Room was fine with free wi-fi in room. Overall is worth for what we paid. The best budget hotel with good service in touristic location.

we didn't have the best experience here. Travelling as 2 couples. On arrival here we were told that our rooms had been double booked for that night so we would have to stay in the cheaper rooms for the night. In defence of the hotel they did offer us a complimentary massage for our inconvenience. Anyway off to the rooms. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was dirty and in a poor state of repair. Our toilet seat was held on with cable ties!! There was lots of mould in the bathroom and the beds had kids cartoon character blankets. The other couple involved got put in a room of a similar calibre, except without a window. Anyway not to worry we thought the next room will be better. The following morning was started with a basic but sufficient breakfast with enough for a vegetarian to get by on. After heading out for the morning we came back and were escorted to our new rooms. The rooms were about the same but with a balcony. At least in the new room the toilet seat was actually attached properly! Still loads of mould though and a light missing. Oh and they didn't have a spare key for our room so unless we were in it, toilet paper did not get restocked etc. Cleaning staff spent most of their day lounging on the stairs anyway (maybe they didn't have keys for most of the rooms, so had nothing to do?)
I will re-iterate though that the location was fabbo!! So close to everything.
So it was suffice, a bed, a shower (albeit a mouldy one) and breakfast.

We checked into this hotel and after taking a good look around found the room was quite dirty. There was a convoy of ants running from the door all the way to the garbage in the far corner. The roof of the washroom had significant water dmg that had now begun to mold. We decided that we did not want to stay here and quickly found a much cleaner hotel. Upon checking out (about 45 minutes after arriving) and explaining what the room was like, and that we wouldn't be staying the night, we were told it was half price. Their reason for this was that they could no longer rent the room. I told them it shouldn't matter anyway because the room is dirty and shouldn't be rented. The man at the front desk spoke in another language back and forth with a woman behind a desk and then said again that it would be half price to leave.

The most unsettling part is that they never apologized or even seemed shocked that the room was full of ants.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This really was a horrible Hotel.........
The rooms smell damp & mouldy and the curtains are filthy.
The entire place needs a thorough cleaning, but would need new Management or new Cleaners as the current staff spend most of the day sitting on the stairs chatting.
There is obviously a real lack of guidance.

However, the pool area with a small poolside bar looked nice and clean.
A very ordinary breakfast is served by the pool.

Such as shame as the Hotel is in a great spot, less than a 5 minute walk to all the activities of Siem Reap (Pub Street, Markets & Restaurants) and opposite the river and so easy to access Angkor Wat Temples

It was so bad in fact, we moved as soon as we could.

Do not go to a Hotel recommended by a Tuk Tuk Driver!!!
A real trap for those arriving from the border without a prior booking.

Generally would agreed with most of the other reviewers, The hotel's operation has some good strong points but also some minor weaknesses. Overall our stay was good and enjoyable, rooms are generally clean and of a good size (we had 2 rooms for five persons, 2 adults+3 kids). The staff are friendly and helpful though a bit amateurish at times. The pool and breakfast were well used and enjoyable, though the pool area can be crowded even with a few people around it. The hotel's location near the old market was great with easy walking to markets and restaurants in the evening.

(Minor) Weaknesses
We started with a bit of a SNAFU in terms of the pick up from the airport, where we had to wait for over 45 minutes for the pickup after a couple of calls. As it appears that at first a tuk tuk was sent and when they realised there were five persons with luggage, change over for a minibus, with three staff sent for the pickup? However they parked outside the airport compound? and when they found us we have to walk out of airport, why was this we don't know but likely to save a couple of 1000s Riels ($0.75), a bit silly then?

As others have mentioned room arrangements can be a problem, we asked for the 2 room to be close to each other but in the end got separate floors? for the first night. We checked for vacating rooms the next morning and got relocated, but checking and verifying guest requests from bookings would be a useful practice for desk staff and management to pick up such requests.

Overall would recommend it for a stay
