We sat down at 3:05pm and we were greeted with cold towels. Te waiter was very nice and we ordered two cocktails. It took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks so we sat in the heat with no water or anything. The spring rolls, make with ground chicken which was weird, arrived before the drinks. Neither tastes like it should (mojitos are generally pretty even across the board) and they were twice the cost of both neighboring restaurants. We were siting outside and had to say, "no thank you" very 2 minutes to the people asking for money on Pub Street. Our raw meet came another 20 minutes later, veggies 5 minute later and the actual BBQ to cook it, 15 minutes later. Sucks that we were starving when we walked in. The cook came out and began prepping and cooking our good himself, not asking what we wanted but just threw everything on the grill. We politely told him we could do that and he smiled and left. We ate what we could but after knowing the meat was cut in the alley out back, we ate what we could and left. Service was extremely slow, staff was nice, food is low-grade and overpriced and we won't be back.
