What a fun way to spend a morning:
- meeting new people from all around the world
- cultural experience
- easygoing teacher
- and absolutely delicious food
Once you have selected the entree and main you would to prepare you all head over to the market for a sensory overload before returning to the restaurant to prepare your lunch. The unpleasant tasks of onion peeling etc have all been taken care of by the kind staff and it is now time to learn about and prepare the exotic ingredients. The abundant banana flower salad and chicken amok I prepared was some of the most delicious food I enjoyed in Cambodia.
The morning was big on laughs and the rewarding lunch that followed enjoyed with new friends was unbelievable value for $13USD.
