I am definitely no French-cuisine-master, but I can say the food was very, very good. I had a special, chicken breast with morrell mushrooms and leeks in a cream sauce ($15) with mixed vegetables, and my husband had a salmon platter (don't remember price). We also had a carrot soup starter and creme brulee ($5) for dessert. Although the food is more expensive than most, the servings were quite large.
Our service was pretty good. The food came out on time and hot. We had to wait a bit to get the bill, but the restaurant was full while we were there (always a good sign). The staff were also able to explain different items in the menu clearly, which is sometimes difficult in Siem Reap. I absolutely loved the setting - orchids hanging everywhere, orange and yellow dim lights - quite a romantic setting.
This restaurant is a great option for a romantic date night out!
