“Nice sunset spot - less crowded”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 25, 2012

While the temple - in comparison - is not that awe-inspiring in comparison, it is a really nice site to enjoy the sunset - either from top or from the eastern side getting the temple in silhouette

“Great temple, great views and less tourists”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2012

This temple was a welcome relief from the crowds that flock around the other temples. The height of this is quite impressive and you can climb all the way to the top for some fantastic views. Again, there are people offering Buddhist blessings in exchange for a 'donation'. I may be wrong but I believe Buddhism to be non - materialistic and detachment from money and materialistic possessions yet everyone offering these blessings expects large donations as they purposely keep $10 and $20 notes on the plate where you put your donation. I found this to be a huge contradiction at all of the temples to be honest. It is funny how we should dress and behave in a respectful manner at the temples but at the same time have constant pressure from local people to part with our cash to buy souvenirs and give donations. I am happy to do this elsewhere in the area but I believe this constant hassling and selling should not go on in the temples themselves.

“Red temple”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2012

The color of the walls of this temple on the bright blue sky background is amazing. One can walk up the steep stairs to have a breathtaking view on the surroundings. It is a simple tempe yet a beautiful one, and is located on the way to Banteay Srei

“Pre Rup is pretty and pink.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

Our last temple to visit, we were tired and hot. But we're not at all disappointed by Pre Rup. Because it was smaller and the color slightly different and pink, we found it refreshing and a a nice end to our temple excursion.

“Sunset”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

Very interesting temple and a great place to see sunset. The climb is a bit steep in places and you have to leave before dark.
