“A nice place for staying”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

We stayed here for 4 nights in April while visiting Ankor. We had a great stay, in fact one of our best in Cambodia. The hotel is situated just a short walk from the senter of Siam Reap, right om the other side of the river. That gets you a bit away from the city noise. The hotel has clean rooms, the restaurant offers a variety of good food, and the staff are very helpfull. Going back to Siem Reap, I would definitely stay at the same hotel.

We had one stop in Cambodia at Siem Reap.
Soria Moria Boutique hotel was great place to stay. The hotel is owned by the staff (51%) and by a Norwegian couple (49%). We liked the philosophy of the hotel which supports education for children and hotel training for young people.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Fusion restaurant was great. Our room was spacious and clean.

Room Tip: Front of hotel, on Wat Bo Rd, not noisy.

We had a great short stay in this very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful people. We tried a variety of the items from the menu and were never disappointed with the taste, quality or service. Highly recommended!

I got a really good last minute deal because the power was out and I needed somewhere to stay other than my apartment. They knew this and that I was living here so they should've given me a decent room since I'm local but instead received an awful one, dirty pillowcases, ridiculously hard bed and mosquitoes in the room. Pretty disappointed

The whole family enjoyed our stay here. Staff is really friendly and helpful and rooms are clean and enough for a great stay. Don't go here if you expect a big swimmingpool, but for us and our kids it was enough for a quick dip. We also enjoyed the rooftop jaquzzi with great view over the city. It's close enough for a walk to the markets and great restaurants. Breakfast is delish. Very good value for money.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2015

My husband and I spent five nights at the Soria Moria Hotel (January 2015) and loved every minute of it. It is a small, well-run hotel that knows what it is doing. Breakfast was wonderful, the small pool refreshing, our room (303) utterly huge and comfortable. Best of all -- other than the wonderful staff, of course -- was the rooftop bar where we watched the sun set each evening. Nice touches are the special offer meals several times a week and the nightly films on the roof top. Siem Reap is in the final stages of being crushed by mega-resorts, and it is wonderful to find a hotel like Soria Moria that retains its traditional hospitality in an intimate setting. Also, we could walk anywhere in town so that we could take advantage of great local restaurants, including the wonderful Viroth just up the street. No where else to stay in Siem Reap for our money!

Room Tip: Our corner room was sunny and bright; great AC.

This hotel is just a short walk to Pub Street and the markets. It is clean, spacious and quiet. Interesting breakfast menu, but eggs cooked as requested. The staff were so friendly and helpful and easy to understand. Really enjoyed my stay there.
