Marriott Fairway Vacation Villas did deliver. This was our 6th visit to the property. It is the most friendly Marriott Property. Check in was perfect. Grounds are beautiful and villas beautiful. It was good to see Raymundo at the Eagle Property welcoming guests. He mentioned that he had been at the property 7 years.

Sarah, the activity gal has now added an Egyptian cooking class. It was very good and an unexpected treat. $5.00 charge pp.

Louise, the concierge gave new information on the surrounding area. I thought we knew it all. She always gives a new tidbit.

Michael and Mary activity people were excellent at trivia night.

Where can you hear the top rated lounge singer, Beth Tinnon who has won that award for 4 years in a row in Atlantic City, perform another night and not leave the property Marriott keeps on delivering!

The indoor pool is part of the Red Door Spa and is very good. I did not make it to the water aerobic activty but used the pool daily. The gals in the Red Door Gift shop are all very helpful.

suzanne gave complimentary10 minute chair massage one day. You need to sign up in advance. Be sure and give her a tip. Donna, is an excellent manicurist. Be sure and sign up for Red Door early in your stay.

Fred and Ethyl's in Smithville is always a good place for inexpensive meal. Dubliner pub was also good and inexpensive on Jimmy Leeds parkway..just past the shop-rite which is good place to shop for groceries.

Almost forgot the great service that I had from Chris when he delivered two foam pillows [to the room..he asked if he could do anything else to make stay better..of course I said an office chair would be helpful and he delivered very soon. Marriott does deliver!!

Matthew is excellent at keeping his staff so attentive. Mark is the new general manager and he
is doing an excellent job too.

Bedding is wonderful too. Looking forward to our next visit.

As a Marriott's Rewards member always try to stay at Marriott properties when traveling. This one does not disappoint. This is one of the time share properties that rents as a hotel when they have vacancies. First, they were accomodating to an early checkin. I called about 20 minutes out to see if a room might be available around 11:30 so I can change from my "driving" clothes into my "business attire" before my meeting. They were able to check me early but did give me a disable room. The villas are beautiful -- two bedroom with two big baths. The one bath had a roll in shower (thus disable) but also a huge soaker jacuzzi tub. The other bedroom had a shower/bath combo. Fully stocked kitchen with plates, pans, silverware and glasses. Full size oven, refrig, dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer in each room. Situated on a golf course in a quiet residential community the property is very nice. Be warned there is no restaurant or bar in the winter nor room service.. The Spa does serve a limited breakfast and lunch menu. Several restaurants do deliver so ask the front desk.

First of all. STAY at this establishment. I need to start off my review with that. I stayed here with another couple (friends of mine) and we fell in love with this hotel/resort. Great property, great location in regards to privacy and in close proximity to Atlantic City. The first thing I want to say is that the room (two bedroom/two bath suite) is extremely clean. I don't mean normal clean, white glove tested clean. Absolutely incredible. There is every amenity in the kitchen that you need to feel at home....blenders, measuring cups, pitchers, silverware etc. There is a washer and dryer available, dining room table, fireplace, outdoor private patio and spacious bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub). The property is huge and has LOADS of activities to participate in each day. This IS a legitimate resort not just a hotel! We only stayed one night (which is sad in itself) but you need three to five days to truly enjoy everything that this Marriott has to offer. Beds were ultra comfortable with like a gazillion (well more like eight) comfortable pillows on the bed.

STAY HERE...make a reservation and do not hesitate. There is no reason to unless it is out of your budget or you are just a cheap skate. If you go with a couple and split the bill it is totally worth it. Both couples will have their own separate living space...great experience hands down. Front desk/check in staff were excellent...FIVE STARS for this place.

Oh and p.s., for you ladies that want to be pampered...it has a Red Door spa....perfection on top of perfection....indulge ladies and gentlemen and treat yourselves...you won't regret it!!!

We stayed here Oct.14-21, 2012 in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. As has always been our experience with Marriotts, the place was beautifully decorated, spacious, extremely clean, and quite comfortable. We enjoyed a Few of the many activities they offered: a free wine and cheese welcome party, a barbeque with great entertainment, and a wonderful trip to Cape May. The location was perfect for visits to Atlantic City (about 10 miles) and Smithfield Village (about 5 miles)- with it's quaint shops. There is plenty of golfing - 2 courses at the resort and lots nearby. If it was summertime we would have had plenty of beaches nearby to choose from. Overall, a great place to stay!!
