We used Booking.com to reserve a King Suite w /hot tub, checked there 1st then called hotel and they quoted me same room for $10 more so I booked through Booking.com ,below is what their site says you get : (also shows a picture )

It asked smoking yes or no, I selected no,
It also asked if we wanted breakfast which if selected at time of reservation would be included free
We arrived at 3pm and the lobby door was locked, we had to ring a buzzer and wait to be left in. The manager started to check us in and showed us the price we were quoted but he said 1st he wanted us to see that room and then an upgrade room that would be $12 more, the room that he showed us 1st was room 9 a non smoking room but when I said there is no tub, I was told yes there was it was in the bathroom, it was, however it was just a regular tub but a little deeper with several jets and it was nasty and so were the tiles around it, no way I was sitting in it!. Then he took us next door to the Monte Carlo Suite, same room but this one had the 2 person tub in the corner of the room and looked some what similar to the one on the site. When I mentioned that it was a smoking room he said all tub rooms are, but that there was no smoke smell, OH YES THERE WAS! Since it was to late to cancel without losing all money to Booking.com for the room plus a $25 fee that he said he would charge for the cancellation as well we took the "upgrade". When he gave us the key I asked about breakfast and was told it was coffee and doughnuts from 7 to 9, check out was 12.
The TV wasn't bad, water was HOT and good water pressure, heater worked good pretty but was really loud. WYFI worked.
However room had no lamps, desk or table, shampoo, tissues, alarm clock or any kind of clock, hand towels, only 1 empty outlet behind fridge,chain on door or do not disturb sign ,no bed spreed (maybe a good thing!)or an iron although there was a place on the wall for one and also for an ironing board..
It did have an ice bucket but the ice machine had an out of order sign on it, also didn't see a drink or snack machine anywhere.
After spraying a whole can of Fabreeze on everything including the curtain that had water streaks all down it I noticed that there was something on the wall next to the headboard , possibly a small piece of dried up skin or a bogger, what ever it was has a red streak about 8in long that looked like blood , i scrubbed it off the wall with one of their washcloths, then moved on to checking the bed for bugs, box spring looked old but ok, mattress was in some type of cloth bag possibly a bed bug bag.
We didn't get much sleep between the loud heater and people walking around upstairs , it sounded like they were coming through the floor, we could also hear their TV. There was also noises in the wall that sounded like the tub motor for the jets in the room next door but no one was in that room. we didn't use the microwave but at one time someone did, it looked like they put a cigarette out on the door.
The free breakfast ended up being NOTHING, so we ended up checking out at 9 and going to Denny's right down the road, it was good but the added expense added to the "Upgrade" made the room ALOT more than we planned to spend for a Sunday night.
