My friend and I stopped by after a nice dinner just down the road. The man out front was not remotely pushy or forced unlike many on the main tourist street and when we went in to sit down, we were greeted by big smiles as we sat down. The staff were very attentive and polite which I have sadly come to notice is not that common in Bolivia. We only had a submarino (hot milk with a chocolate bar melting in it) the first night but we popped in again the next day for a coffee and a tasty salad before we took a bus to La Paz at 1:30pm. The staff were also happy to provide knife and plate for us to cut up some mangos that we had bought earlier...many places wouldn't oblige.
The food and drink was good but it is the service that impressed me the most, especially on such a touristy street where service levels seem to deteriorate for some reason, hence my recommendation.
