Its more like a coffe place but they have food and drinks also, the service is not good, you will have to wait, they have games so you can play while you wait, at night is very difficult to find a free table ( mostly on weekends). Usually there's a lot of people who travels, some time they stay and work there.

“Great atmosphere, slow service, hit-and-miss food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2012

This is a comfortable place to hang out as an expat if Bolivian food has gotten to be a bit much, and/or you need to check your email. Their coffee is fine (about the third best I've found in Cochabamba), and the wifi is fast & reliable. The menu is very hit and miss - the Hungangian goulash is my fav, and the mulled wine is wonderful. The stroganoff and spinach tortilla are fine. Some other dishes are worth skipping. If you want juice con leche, go somewhere else - theirs is far too milky.

The only real complaint I have is that service is painfully slow. If you plan to camp out all afternoon with your laptop, this is no problem. However, if you're hungry and want dinner immediately, I wouldn't suggest it.

“Overpriced, underserviced”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2012

It's popular with a lot of tourists, expats and locals. I mostly heard good comments about their food. As for myself I wouldn't recommend it, there are nicer places in Cochabamba. Service is very very bad, when it's crowded the waiters just don't notice you arrived, if you want food at peak hours order large drinks, that is if they serve the drinks before the food... and then you can eat your food in the smoke of neighbouring tables.
I don't agree with he bohemian feel I read about in other comments, I think it's a wannabe bohemian feel, but in the end it's not: it's rather expensive, rather 'snobbish' but ideal for expats or tourists that don't want to be in Bolivia for a while.
Plus: you can play the local piano and you can play chess at their 'chess tables'.

“Not to be missed if you are young”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2012

This is a place which is always fulled with young people (18-30). It is not uncommon to see people just enjoing a capuchino and reading a book. The restaurant is well located. The owner is an Italian guy who seems to understand his business. The ambiance is bohemian. Unfortunately it is too smoky. I do not smoke, but I go there for the food. Try the Osobuco, the chicken with almonds or the pasta al pesto.
