Travelling through Vermont, New Hamshire and Maine with our three children (ages 6, 10 and 17), we stopped by the Cheney House unannounced and unexpected, asking for two rooms for the night. We were received with lovely cordiality despite our impromtu request and, fortunately for us, were given two charming rooms in their lovely house. And not only that! We were given a tour of the house, told stories of the area, given directions and a discount for a local restaurant, treated to a display of Anthony's model train setup and a glorious home-cooked meal by Bobbi the next morning after a peaceful night's sleep. From a visit of less than 16 hours, we all felt it was more like a loving family visit than a stay at a guest house. The kids and I were sorry to leave already the next day after our delightful stay.

It was our pleasure having your entire family stay at our B&B. You should be very proud of how extremely well behaved your children were, the very best I've seen. Being B&B owners offers us an incredible opportunity to meet fascinating people from different walks of life, as well as various countries, such as yours.
