Room very unclean. Upon arrival see a dead spider halfway up the wall and cobwebb's all around it. Microwave plate dirty. Towel rack falling out of the wall, one side held up with a screw that had been put in to hold up and left sticking out of wall. Jetted tub was filthy. I took a q-tip and swabbed it, it was as black as charcoal. Oh, there was also a hole in the wall over the bed..a picture was trying to hide it. We brought all of this to the attention of the manager and they took 25% off of our bill....which was great but this room needs serious attention. Suite #201.
