We decided to go to Red Robin on a Saturday night. The restaurant was very, very busy. We waiting about 30 min for a table and after ordering about another 30-40 min for our food. Our waitress told us the kitchen was "a little backed up" so she brought out some fries to munch on. After the waitress brought out a second round of beverages we didn't see or hear from her again until we paid the bill, and we had to flag her down to do that. We all would have liked another beverage to have while we ate our meals. One person in our party had a burger that was very rare. Not close to the "medium" that she ordered. She left hungry and with most of her burger on her plate. Our waitress never came and checked to see if our meal was okay. As we were eating we were all chasing gnat like bugs that were flying around our table. Our waitress did apologize for the long wait in getting our food. This restaurant also has a policy of not seating anyone in the "bar area" that is under 21. Even though you have paying customers that leave because the wait is too long, you have tables that are not being used in the "bar area". Go figure.
