This hotel seems to be quite new, so it was very clean. Staff was very nice and took care of our family's needs, for example, they provided us with an extra bed (twin size mattress on a frame with wheels not a cot) that was quite comfortable for one of the kids at no extra cost. We all enjoed their fitness center and the pool as well! Breakfast was above your average continental breakfast, enough choices for everyone. Location is really nice if you want to check out the outlets. We had a great experience here and would come back if in the area again!

We went as a family for some shopping. Hotel was the cleanest I been in ! Staff was wonderful, we got a great rate and even the complimentary breakfast was good ! The pool was great and heated well, so the kids to full advantage of that. Rooms were spotless, beds comfortable and nice new linens. The location is amazing for shopping and eating especially in the winter when roads can be bad. We will be coming back for sure !

By far the best hotel with the best value in a 100 mile radius! They treat you well and go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. The staff is great and you really couldn't ask for anything batter!!

Room Tip: The King Rooms are great!

My husband and I went here for a mom and dad getaway for a night.
Rooms were very very clean...staff friendly..beds super comfortable. they are a "green" hotel and I would love to see more hotels jump on the bandwagon. sits right next to Great Lakes Crossing..you can shop, many places to eat..and then see a movie...without having to get in your car and drive. would stay again!

My husband and I drove up to the Detroit area last night for a weekend get-away from our home 3 hours south in Ohio. Took in a Pistons game at the Palace (love that venue!), then overnighted after the game at this Hampton Inn. Got a great rate using a combination of cash and HHonors points (just $40 and 12,500 points). Even had we paid the going rate, I would still highly recommend this hotel. It looked brand new inside and out, was extremely clean, and the location was an easy 10 minute drive from the Palace (and an easy drive, about 25 minutes, back south to downtown Detroit the next day). Our king room was gigantic, with a comfy couch/ottoman, desk area, and fridge/microwave. The room was very nicely appointed, with a sleek and contemporary decor that was a notch above what I would call "standard Hampton Inn". There are a number of eateries in the immediate vicinity and, while we weren't there to shop, the hotel literally sits right in front of the Great Lakes Crossing mega-mall, so it would be a great choice for anyone visiting the area for that purpose.

Great location for all the shopping that's in the area. Very nice accommodations, very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant too! After a full day shopping, we stayed overnight. The next day it was great to have a quick breakfast and head out for a little more shopping before heading back home.

Reasonable Price and Great Location! :) Easy to drop packages off after shopping (or for the men to conveniently take a nap while you finish shopping)... and then stop back to pick up the men and get changed and freshened up! And then easy to get back to after a late night at Toby Keith's! PERFECT! :)
