“Great Shopping”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

Wife and I visited the Outlet Shopping center in hopes for great savings. For clothing, we found better deals at Khols, across the road. the following stores had great deals: GAP, Motherhood, Eddie Bouer, Nautica, Timberland, and Van Heusen (incredible deals). Any other store was had the regular sales...20 - 30% off...nothing exciting.

“Everything you need is probably under this roof”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

The mall is very clean, and has carpet throughout the mall so it helps because you will be doing a lot of walking. Very friendly staff at all the stores. Marshells had some amazing prices, and had a huge variety of items.

“Huge”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

This mall will need a day to shop if your not just lookig around. We spent several hours there and still only covered about 1/2 of it. Clean and friendly. Lots of places to eat and clean washrooms available to the public.

“purpose of the trip most disappointing part of the trip”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

It is not an outlet mall )with the exception of the very high end stores ie Neiman Marcus where you could purchase Kate Spade shoes for $200ish which is a good price. Overall it is JUST a BIG mall and not worth the drive from London, ON. Did love our hotel however!

“Fun day trip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2012

If your looking for a fun day trip full of shopping and eating, Great Lakes Crossing is worth the drive! Lots of different shops and restaurants to explore, both in the mall itself and around the mall.

Even though it is classflied as an outlet mall, I still think many of the stores still are expensive... Things are cheap at TJMaxx or Burlington, but they are mess and always crowded.

If you are traveling more then 50 miles, I saw signage that said that if you go to guest services, you get some kind of discount.

It's crowded on weekends, so try to plan a weekday trip.

If you are staying in a hotel, try to find a hotel in Troy (20-30 minute drive) or Madison Heights (30-40 minute drive)... Hotels are lot less expensive and you will find decent lodging (as well as the mall in Madison Heights and the huge mall in Troy).
