“Literati Bookstore”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2013

What a wonderful family owned bookstore! I love its coziness, the friendly staff, and the fun whimsical "stuff" you find in various places. Leave the owners a message with Scrabble tiles you find on a table. Type a message on one of the many vintage typewriters. Just fun!

“Love Main Street area!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

Main Street is where the MATURE college crowd goes or maybe people that live in the suburbs. The area is not filled with college dives but with lounges, good restaurants, bars, shops, and a downtown area. Main Street is where I like to spend a Saturday night. Rush Street is a great lounge if you are looking for good cocktails and a little dancing. Jolly Pumpkin is a good brewery with decent food and an adorable rooftop deck that is only opened during certain times of the year. Conner O Neils can also be found on Main Street and is a large, Irish bar with a good menu and lots of space for a group of friends. These are only SOME of my favorites. During the summer the annual Ann Arbor art festival takes place on this street and is closed off to traffic. There are other small festivals during the year as well that you can find on the local Ann Arbor events calendar online. Enjoy!!

“Beware of Parking !!!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

We visited Ann Arbor recently and parked in a parking lot near the down town area. We paid the parking fee. When we returned to the parking lot, an officer was writing us a parking tickect for "backing in" to the parking spot !!!! What difference dose it make to back in or back out ???
Very disappointed in this visit.

“The place to be”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

While visiting A2 you can't avoid the action on Main St. Loaded with sidewalk restaurants and small business. This is the hub of all places in A2 with easy walking distance to many different bars and restaurants and local shops.
