One of the local visitors' guides listed Bell's, and since it was very near campus, I decided to give it a try. *Lots* of locals there, discussing farm conditions this summer; students; some small family reunions; and clearly some people who spoke only Korean.
Decor is very, very simple. I had to wait a bit to get service. It was a late breakfast, or brunch, for me. The place was very crowded, even at 10:30 on a weekday.
Having no experience with Korean food, I ordered the daily special, a beef-and-noodle dish. Lots of flavor!!
I asked for water; eventually I got one glass, no refills.
Prices are very reasonable; you get a complete and filling meal for $6-7.
Everything that other diners were eating looked good, too --you know how that is! I would love to have an opportunity to go back and try other dishes.
