“An excellent addition to the neighborhood”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012

Having heard great things about this place, my girlfriend and I decided to come here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I ordered the pistachio turkey sandwich and the white chocolate peppermint mocha while my girlfriend got the green tea muffin and cardamom rose latte. We were satisfied with the food and the ambience was very much to our liking. We'd come back to try the other sandwiches in the near future.

“Delicious!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

The Songbird Cafe is a relatively new restaurant located near Kroger and North Campus offices on Plymouth Road. The food is perfectly done. I always get the Turkey and Pistachio sandwich. It's unlike anything I've ever had before. It is made with =turkey, goat cheese, fig spread, pistachio crumble and apple slices. It is perfection. Their homemade chips are delicious and they have many interesting coffee and tea drinks to try in addition to scrumptious baked goods. The inside is almost rustic, relaxed, inviting. Also, the portion sizes are not huge, but they are enough. You can come, eat a delicious meal, clean your plate and walk out feeling healthy, not heavy. Final highlight - FREE PARKING. In Ann Arbor, that's a rare find. You really must try this place out.
