“Decent vegetarian options”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

Being a vegetarian in South America can be hard, but Florin offers some decent choices, so I ate there several times within the last 5 days (also because El Germen doesn't serve food between 2pm and 4pm). On hot days the Ensalada Van Gogh with blue cheese and a mustard dressing is a good choice, the vegetarian Pad Thai was ok, but nothing to write home about. Sandwiches are pretty good and I have a soft spot for the fries with onions, mayonnaise and peanut sauce. My absolute favorite is the pumpkin soup though, give it a try! There's plenty of good fresh juices and also a rather nice beer selection. Service always was friendly, but just as slow as most other places in Bolivia. If you are into football Florin shows CL games and actually gets rather full while they are on.

“Best English breakfast in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

Amazing breakfasts, good selection of beer. Nice place to come in the morning, pretty little courtyard where you can sit out in the morning sun. Can get pretty packed in the evening so best to head there late afternoon to get a table. Good service.

“Great spot for food and/or drinks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

On the recommendation of friends I went here and went back a few times. The fried trout sandwich is delicious, the pique de macho was also excellent and the quinoa soup very hearty and tasty. Also tried the llama, which was a little chewy but still good. Would def recommend the place

“Yummy mexican plate”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

Nice spot for lunch - try the mexican plate for two or the burgers. Friendly service. Would be better if they actually stocked some of the beers on their extensive list of ´boutique beers´

“Excellent beer menu”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2013

We both had the masala chicken and loved it--great for a gringo curry! Had Cochabamba-brewed Stier's Strong Ale, was decent, but should have put out for the imported Leffe Blonde (probably the only place in this country you can pick that up!).
