I live in Dubai, and am quite used to eating Arabic/ Lebanese food here, and in the region.
This eatery is pretty good, and ranks high in my opinion owing to the quality of the food here, as well as the atmosphere - the interiors are done up very well indeed and in a very rustic manner.
However, if you are not used to smoke, then either avoid it, or ask for the last section which is slightly less smoky...
The grills are a must eat - the lebanese bread that they serve is the hit puffy ones, and not the dry flat ones that are typically served at average restaurants. Just eating these breads with salad, hummus, and pickles is good . They also have a large variety of fresh juices - would suggest to try the mixed cocktails (mocktails actually, since this is an alcohol free place).
Avoid the mint+lime - not sweetened and can pack a punch.
All in all, I would recommend this alongwith Karam Beirut in Dubai mall, and Al Nafoorah in Emirates towers.
