My daughter and I stayed for 5 days in November and were delighted with the hotel. The staff were very courteous and the rooms spotless. The food was beautifully presented and dining room staff were excellent. Eating outside could be a bit noisy with nearby drilling but it didn't mar our breakfasts. The location is excellent, at the quieter end of the beach road and close to the marina - had a lovely stroll around there. So close to the sea, just a short walk through the car park and you're on the beach, with warm, clear water. Didn't find the lifts a problem, despite being on a high floor.

Spent an excellent few days at the Amraj, What a lovely hotel - made so by such lovely helpful staff. Clean spacious room, useful balcony - and yes there is a carpark to look across but it did not spoil our stay. There are occassions when you wait for a lift - but you can do that anywhere! Really worth a look.

I stayed in this hotel from 29th Dec to 1st of Jan.
The location of the hotel is perfect as it is less than 30secs from the beach,although you do have to walk through a car park to access it. The staff were amazing and always very helpful
Room was made everyday to the highest standard
But.....
Only problem was there was bed bugs in the mattress...
I thought it was a fly that had bitten me in the first night so didnt take that much notice as I'm not a fussy person but by the end of my stay I was covered with bite marks. Again didnt make nothing of it until I got back and visited the docs to confirm that they where bug bites..
I would stay in this hotel again for the service but would recommend other guest to take insect cream just in case...

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in Dubai. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived and all member of staff were very helpful! The rooms were spot-lessly cleaned every day.The hotel had a gorgeous pool and several restaurants, although we did not dine at any of these, due to being out most of the days. Very close to the beach and right on the Jumeriah beach road (although at one end) with lots of restaurants! It was a couple of minutes walk to the pretty marina. Taxis to Dubai city centre were very cheap (about £5 in the day, £10 at night) and only took 10 minutes.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was thinking of staying in the Jumeriah beach resort.
