We wanted to have a short stopover in Dubai on return to New Zealand from Europe and chose Raffles because of trip Advisor and Booking.com recommendation also there was a deal on because it was off season. The experience was outstanding and while we would not normally pay full 5 star hotel prices while on holiday this hotel was so good I would make an exception next time I travel through Dubai.
